Privacy policy
This is a static website operated by Li Liang. It collects the minimum data needed to run analytics and the newsletter.
What is collected
- Analytics. When enabled, PostHog records page views and a small set of product events (for example, a newsletter or waitlist submission, or a search query) to understand how the site is used. PostHog acts as a data processor for this purpose.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address is sent directly to Buttondown, which acts as a data processor and sends the newsletter on this site's behalf. Buttondown's own privacy policy governs how it handles that address.
What is not collected
No accounts, no passwords, no payment information, and no sale of personal data to third parties.
Cookies
Analytics, where enabled, may set cookies or use similar local storage to distinguish visitors. No advertising cookies are used.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue. You can use a browser's tracking-protection or ad-blocking features to prevent analytics from loading.
